Slightly sweet malt backbone complemented by hop bitterness. Notes of caramel, toasted malt and hints of fruitiness.  Rich and refreshing!

A rich fruity brown ale, slightly sweet with flavours of chocolate. The malty punch comes from a mixture of light and dark malts, and the oats add an incredible smoothness.

Oats are added during the brewing process to create this oatmeal stout. It has a malty sweetness and smooth mouthfeel which complements the chocolate flavours.

Brimming with Citra hops layered three ways, it bursts with zesty grapefruit, bright lime, and tropical fruit notes. The vibrant citrus is perfectly balanced by a smooth, light malt base of Maris Otter and Vienna malt, creating a refreshingly balanced brew perfect for any ale festival.

Czech inspired cask pilsner. Made with the highest quality Pilsner malt, the noble Czech Saaz hops for gentle bittering and Kazbek/Saaz for late kettle aroma additions.

Packed with a big hop bill of pure tooty-fruity goodness. Motueka in the whirlpool lays down a lush tropical baseline, then we hit it with a dry-hop of more Motueka, Hallertau Blanc, and Superdelic for an all-out candy fruit explosion.

Handpicked strawberries, elderflowers and blackcurrants make our cider blush. It's floral, fruity and Scottish to the core.

Tart Rhubarb infused with a swirl of vanilla for a refreshing long drink.

A medium cider blended with spicy ginger and tart raspberry.

CELTIC WARRIOR 5.5% abv.

This warrior of a cider is sweet but mighty on flavour.

FARMHOUSE CIDER 5.9% abv.

Watergull Orchards.

English style cider. Medium dry, and smooth tasting.

 

WHISKY CASK CIDER 6.7% abv.
