Extra pale ale with American powerhouse hops (Amarillo, Idaho 7, Centennial & Citra) leading to light floral notes, fresh citrus and a clean finish.

 

AUTUMN GOLD 3.7% abv.

Nottingham Brewery.

A flavoursome and well-rounded golden session ale, perfect for supping as the nights draw in.

 

ZAKK MYLDE 3.8% abv.

Ten Tun Brew House.

Malt forward dark mild with chocolate, cara and roasted malts providing a deep amber hue. Mildly hopped with Emperor.

 

ROBIN HOOD COPPER ALE 3.9% abv.

Nottingham Brewery

An easy drinking and pleasant well balanced bitter, although slightly hoppier than the beer recipes in their core beer range.

 

ALFRED ENGERS THE 4^TH 4.0% abv.

A Ten Tun Brew House & Alfred’s Brewery Collaboration.

This best bitter uses Harlequin & UK Chinook Hops to deliver a gentle bitterness on top of a Golden Promise and Crystal roasted malts.

 

WITCH TRIAL 4.2% abv.

Aylesbury Brewhouse Company.

With a blend of four quality US hops - Idaho 7, El Dorado, Cashmere and Calypso - this is a beer with plenty of bright tropical flavours throughout.

 

GREEN HOP UK 2025 UK 4.5% abv.

Alfred’s Brewery.

“Green" hops from a Kent based hop grower- Hukins Hops. The hop showcased here is UK Cascade, which brings aromas of citrus zest and blackcurrant, leading into peach and rhubarb flavours, with a biscuity malt background, light golden colour and a refreshing herbal bitterness.

 

SCARECROW 4.5% abv.

Vale Brewery.

Dark and delicious: this ruby beer matches deep malty flavours with a subtle berry hop finish.

 

MIDI 4.6% abv.

Stardust Brewery.

Midi is a low-bitterness, fruit-forward Hazy Pale packed with tropical vibes. Azacca, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops bring bold notes of mango and passionfruit, with hints of tangerine, pine, and spice. Juicy, smooth, and endlessly crushable.

 

HAIRY HELMET 4.7% abv.

Leatherbritches Brewery.

Crisp and refreshing this pale ale is a favourite at festivals. Very hoppy with citrus tones and a dry bitter finish.

 

SALT & STEAM 4.8% abv.

Mason’s Brewery & Steam Town Brewing Co Collaboration.

A delicious smoked pretzel stout brewed by Mason Brewing Company in collaboration with Steam Town Brewing Company. Salt & Steam is smokey and smooth with a touch of salt.

 

TREVITHICK RYE IPA 5.3% abv.

Driftwood Spars & Steam Town Brewing Co Collaboration.

A bold, deep red Rye IPA brewed with our friends at Steam Town Brewery. Classic resinous pithy hop bitterness up front, balanced by subtle rye spice and biscuity malt with a hint of Muscovado earthy sweetness. The finish rolls through with rich, jammy berry notes that round out the bitterness.

 

HELLO SAILOR 5.4% abv.

The Queen Inn Pub & Microbrewery.

Brewed with an abundance of oat malt, cacao nibs which create bitter dark chocolate flavours & coffee (from The Roasting Party, Winchester) resembling honey toasted hazelnuts. This indulgent experience has an intense roasted nose with a frothy cinnamon coloured head.

 

CASCADE KVEIK IPA 5.5% abv.

Three Acre Brewery.

Norwegian Kveik yeast ferments at slightly warmer temperatures to give this IPA its distinctive flavour. Brewed using the famed Cascade hop to deliver grapefruit, tangerine and stonefruit aroma and flavour. Like a Scandi after a night out, this beer is a hazy blonde which packs a punch.

 

FIRST DATE 8.0% abv.

Electric Bear Brewing Co.

Brewed on the edge of Bath, this sticky toffee stout is brewed with dates, caramel and goldings hops. At a whopping 8% First Date guarantees first sip jitters, a sticky toffee crush and instant love! Served by the half pint only!

Hops are like gods. They're powerful, worshipped and have strange names. So we've created the 'Temples of...' series of session pales to pay tribute to them. This time we're skipping around the henge to honour Olicana.

 

Ciders

 

BLACK CHERRY SUSSEX CIDER 4.0% abv.

SeaCider.

Bursting with fruit and flavour. Made purely from local black cherries and apple juice.

 

BLOOD ORANGE INFUSED SUSSEX CIDER 4.0% abv.

SeaCider.

Made with real blood oranges and blended with SeaCider Medium, this cider is refreshing and packed with flavour.

 

BLACKBERRY & APPLE INFUSED SUSSEX CIDER 4.0% abv.

An exciting combination of blackberries and apples creates a truly fruity blend of cider!

MEDIUM SUSSEX CIDER 4.6% abv.

This cider is an easy drinking medium cider made with sweet eating apples.

 

FRENCH REVELATION 4.8% abv.

Hogan’s Cider.

This Breton style cider is smooth, velvety and oh so richly flavoursome. After the big tannic punch, it delivers a natural apple sweetness only years of craft could perfect. A wild, fruity and mature cider.

 

LONELY PARTRIDGE 5.8% abv.

A long standing favourite blend, this still, authentic perry is a cloudy and fruity drop. A labour of love, it evokes a true sense of our rural surroundings; made for those who know and love it, and ready to surprise and delight those who have yet to try.

 

BOURBON BARREL-AGED SUSSEX CIDER 6.9% abv.

SeaCider

This is a medium dry cider aged in Bourbon Barrels for a year. The flavour is a smooth, rounded mix of apple and sweet toffee, with notes of Bourbon and vanilla, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
