“Green" hops from a Kent based hop grower- Hukins Hops. The hop showcased here is UK Cascade, which brings aromas of citrus zest and blackcurrant, leading into peach and rhubarb flavours, with a biscuity malt background, light golden colour and a refreshing herbal bitterness.

Dark and delicious: this ruby beer matches deep malty flavours with a subtle berry hop finish.

Midi is a low-bitterness, fruit-forward Hazy Pale packed with tropical vibes. Azacca, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops bring bold notes of mango and passionfruit, with hints of tangerine, pine, and spice. Juicy, smooth, and endlessly crushable.

A delicious smoked pretzel stout brewed by Mason Brewing Company in collaboration with Steam Town Brewing Company. Salt & Steam is smokey and smooth with a touch of salt.
TREVITHICK RYE IPA 5.3% abv.
Driftwood Spars & Steam Town Brewing Co Collaboration.
A bold, deep red Rye IPA brewed with our friends at Steam Town Brewery. Classic resinous pithy hop bitterness up front, balanced by subtle rye spice and biscuity malt with a hint of Muscovado earthy sweetness. The finish rolls through with rich, jammy berry notes that round out the bitterness.

Brewed with an abundance of oat malt, cacao nibs which create bitter dark chocolate flavours & coffee (from The Roasting Party, Winchester) resembling honey toasted hazelnuts. This indulgent experience has an intense roasted nose with a frothy cinnamon coloured head.
CASCADE KVEIK IPA 5.5% abv.
Three Acre Brewery.
Norwegian Kveik yeast ferments at slightly warmer temperatures to give this IPA its distinctive flavour. Brewed using the famed Cascade hop to deliver grapefruit, tangerine and stonefruit aroma and flavour. Like a Scandi after a night out, this beer is a hazy blonde which packs a punch.

BOURBON BARREL-AGED SUSSEX CIDER 6.9% abv.
SeaCider
This is a medium dry cider aged in Bourbon Barrels for a year. The flavour is a smooth, rounded mix of apple and sweet toffee, with notes of Bourbon and vanilla, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
